Training Approaches

With BuildIQ University, you can take several approaches to educating your team in homebuilding Best Practices®. Use our courses for:

• Certification – Establish a consistent level of knowledge and skill within your organization. Incorporate BuildIQ University courses into your company's own training and certification program.
• On-boarding – Regardless of their prior experience, train your new employees and make sure that they have the same knowledge base as your existing team members.
• Hot Topic Training – If you have a quality-related issue, or if you need to build awareness with your team on a hot topic such as SWPPPs (Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plans), we can help. Start off with targeted online training, measure your team's success, and keep our printable reference materials on hand to make sure they put their education into action.
• Elective Training – If you prefer, you can make BuildIQ University training available and optional for your team members without establishing a formal curriculum. Those who want to grow their individual knowledge and skill levels can choose which courses they take in order to reach their full potential quickly.
