Weyerhaeuser Real Estate Company (WRECO) was formed in 1969 as a wholly owned subsidiary of Weyerhaeuser Company. WRECO's primary goal is to provide homebuilding through high quality, moderate- to medium-priced homes and planned communities.
WRECO has operations in selected metropolitan areas, including Maryland and Virginia (Winchester Homes), Southern California and Nevada (Pardee Homes), Texas (Trendmaker Homes), and Washington (Quadrant Corporation).
