This course teaches construction personnel the practices that ensure good water management for basements and crawlspaces. The first module describes the basic water management principles for basements and crawlspaces and discusses the common installation problems and their solutions. The second and third modules provide step-by-step installation details for properly managing water at the foundation. Regionalized versions are available for the Northeast, Southeast, West, Midwest, and Great Lakes.
